An easy to make vintage American twist on Spanish Stew. Ground beef, peas, carrots, onions, and tomatoes meld into a hearty, comforting dish.

Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 1/2 cups of chopped tomatoes
- 2 1/2 cups of peas
- 1/2 cup of diced carrots
- 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- pepper
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1/2 cup of water
Instructions
Brown the meat and onion in fat.
