Ingredients

  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 1/2 cup of chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • salt and pepper - to taste
  • 1 cup of cooked rice
  • chow mein noodles
  • pasta (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C)

  2. Brown Cook the beef, celery and onions until browned.

  3. Mix Mix in the rest of the ingredients, except for the chow mein noodles.

  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes - sprinkle the chow mein noodles on for the last 10 minutes of baking.

  5. Serve Can be served over a plate of noodles or on it's own.
