Ingredients
- 3 lbs of course ground ham roast (not pressed/processed)
- 1 12 oz package of egg noodles
- 1 pound of shredded or cubed cheddar cheese
- 1 quart of milk
- 1/2 cup of butter
- pepper (no salt)
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of horseradish
- 1/2 cup of flour
- bread, buttered and crumbed for topping

Instructions
Preheat Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C)
Prepare the noodles Cook according to instructions
Layer Layer noodles and ham in a greased baking pan.
Make the white sauce Whisk together all ingredients except for cheese and simmer over low heat. Melt the cheddar cheese into the sauce.
Pour the white sauce over the noodles and ham.
Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over the top.
Bake Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 1 hour.
