Grandpa's savory Stuffed Cabbage: ground beef, rice, onions embraced in cabbage blankets, layered with sauerkraut, stewed tomatoes, and love. Slow-cooked perfection.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs of ground beef
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 cup of rice, uncooked
- 1 head of cabbage, round
- 1 cup of onion, diced
- 1 can of sauerkraut
- 1 can of stewed tomatoes
Instructions
Mix Mix beef, eggs, onions & rice
Prepare Cabbage Blanche cabbage. Peel cabbage. Line up leaves of cabbage.
Fill Place handfuls of beef mixture into leaves. Toothpick together.
Mix Mix stewed tomatoes and juice together.
Layer 1 layer of sauerkraut and 1 layer cabbage rolls. Repeat until large pot is full.
Pour Pour stewed tomatoes and juice over the rolls
Simmer Cook on low 1 ½ hours.
