My Brother sent me this recipe. He retired from the Navy and was stationed in Hawaii for 8 months. He loves to cook. Enjoy!

I love to serve this unusual and sweet coleslaw in fresh pineapple halves for individual servings at a dinner party. It’s also a hit at a large gathering just put in a big bowl and garnished with greens.
Adapted from Barbecue USA. The soy and vinegar sauce is traditionally served with chicken and pork, the coconut sauce with seafood and poultry, and the lemon sauce with fish. Note on the yield: the coconut and lemon sauces each make 1 1/2 cups; the soy and vinegar makes 1 cup.
More heat than you can stand? Cut the recipe in half. 😉 Can be refrigerated for up too one year or can per processing instructions.
A very simple caribbean salsa which can be stored for up to a month and used as a condiment on vegetables or fish, or just serve it with chips. Not for the faint of heart (or should I say heat!) Of course, the heat depends on the size and heat of your chili. From Sundays at Moosewood.
