If you don’t have a large zip lock bag, you can marinate in a shallow pan, but the bag works best. This tastes great! Prep time does not include the marinating time!

Pineapple Punch

Got this recipe from our pastor’s wife while stationed in Hawaii. It is VERY easy and is always a big hit! I don’t remember how many ounces are in the cans, so the amounts are approximates.

Grilled Ginger Salmon

I like to use a grill basket when I make this, so I don’t have to worry about losing pieces of the salmon. You can also do this in the broiler.
