Chocolate Omelette

From James Reeson Alive and Cooking. This is a memory one as my husband attempted something like this for the kids when I was away on a weekends mothers camp, but his was a disaster. From Debbwl’s suggestion I have added strawberries to the recipe but of course you could add other fruit that is in season.

Chocolate Mice, Aussie Style

This recipe is a copy-cat of recipe #47819 by Rita. We can’t get the ingredients here in Australia, so I came up with this, but do check her recipe.

Chocolate Chai

I’m not really a big tea fan but I saw this recipe & just had to try it. I love the blend of spices with the cocoa, it’s really great. I used vanilla tea with mine so mine was more like a chocolate vanilla chai, I suppose you could experiment with things like caramel or even toffee tea too. Recipe is from SFI.
