Vegan Belgian Waffles

This recipe is an adaptation of “Favorite Belgian Waffles” on VegWeb. They don’t taste exactly like a Belgian waffle (there is a subtle banana taste), but the texture is right and they don’t stick to the waffle iron – a definite plus for us!

Baked-Bean and Peanut Sandwiches

I used to know somebody who loved these sandwiches and thought it was just weird enough to post here. Lol 😉 I would love to hear from people who like this! A British recipe.

Creamy Speculoos Fudge

With its traditionally Christmas-like flavours, this fudge makes a great gift for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Baby Turnips and Endive in Honey Mustard Dressing

WOW was I surprised at the fresh flavor in this crunchy salad. Both hubby and I really enjoyed it a lot – the dressing is the secret! If you don’t have baby turnips, feel free to add carrots, broccoli, cauliflower or another crunchy veggie. Adapted from a recipe from The Fruit Guys.
