Chili Salsa
These are often used in Brazil as dips/sauces for many dishes. Serving size is a guess since it depends on taste preference and how much you want it.

I love churrasqueira chicken and have been looking for a recipe to make it myself. I found this on Breakfast Television Toronto’s web site. They got the recipe from Roasty Chicken Churrasqueira which is in the town of Maple just north of Toronto. A friend told me that she’s used this sauce for fish and shrimp, too. I’ve tried it on shrimp and it’s wonderful. Simply marinate the shrimp for an hour and then drain the shrimp, discard the sauce and grill the shrimp on the barbie.
It is a delicious carmel spread from Brazil. I got this from a friend who was an exchange student there, it is the most addicting thing ever, watch out, this is NOT low in fat…quite the contrary :)but soooo worth it.
MMMM! I love plantains, especially sweet ones. This is a lower fat method of making “maduros” without the use of oil and frying in a pan.
The Australian Women’s Weekly version of this classic curry. Can easily be halved. Make this a day ahead to let the curry flavours develop, serve with saffron rice and chapatis. I’m not a fan of dark meat so I normally make my butter chicken with breast meat, diced.
