Ingredients
- 2 cups (1lb) of butter
- 2 cups of celery stalks and leaves, chopped
- 1 cup of minced onion
- ½ lb (about 3 cups) of fresh sliced mushrooms
- 14 cups of dry bread cubes
- 1 tablespoon of sage
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning

Instructions
In a skillet, melt butter
Add celery, onions and mushrooms.
Cook until onion is yellow, stirring often.
Stir in some bread cubes and remove from heat.
In a large bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.
Add cooked mixture and lightly toss together.
Cool before stuffing turkey.
