Ingredients

  • 2 loaves of bread, not dry - cubed
  • 2 small bunches of celery, with leaves, diced
  • 1 dozen eggs, hard boiled and diced
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 3 sticks of butter, or margarine - melted
  • 4 teaspoons of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 4 teaspoons of poultry seasoning

Instructions

  1. Mix Mix all dry ingredients and celery by hand at 5:00 AM.

  2. Pour melted butter over the mixture and keep mixing by hand.

  3. Stuff Fill the bird cavity.

  4. Bake Put the remaining mixture in a baking pan. Bake the last hour of roasting time with the turkey.
