Ingredients
- 1 20 oz package of shredded hash browns
- 1 can of Cream of Celery soup
- 8 oz of Sour Cream
- 1 2 oz jar of pimentos, diced, drained
- 2-3 cups of ham, cooked, chopped
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 cup of Cheddar cheese, shredded (divided in two 1/2 cup portions)

Instructions
Preheat Preheat oven to 350F
Combine Combine hash browns, cream of celery soup, sour cream, diced pimentos, cook ham, Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese.
Bake Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
