Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound of ground beef
  • 1 can of mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 can of sauerkraut, Bavarian
  • 1 onion, sweet, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of caraway seeds
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 package of egg roll wrappers
  • butter, for frying

Instructions

  1. Saute Brown beef. Drain kraut and chop. Saute onions and mushrooms. Combine onions, mushrooms, caraway & kraut. Add to cooked beef.

  2. Form Use egg roll wrappers for crepe. Turn on bias (diamond shape), fill wrapper with a small spoonful of filling, fold and press edges,

  3. Fry Fry in butter until golden brown.
