Ingredients
- 2 lbs of ground ham
- 2 lbs of ground pork
- 2 cups of graham crackers crushed into crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 can of tomato soup
- 1/2 cup of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
Instructions
Preheat Preheat oven to 250°F (121°C)
Make the loaf Combine all ingredients for the loaf; ham, pork, crumbs and milk until well mixed. Shape into a loaf and place in pan.
Make the topping Mix all topping ingredients together; brown sugar, tomato soup, vinegar and mustard until well mixed.
Pour topping over the loaf.
Bake Bake for 1 1/2 hours
