Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of ground ham
  • 2 lbs of ground pork
  • 2 cups of graham crackers crushed into crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 can of tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat Preheat oven to 250°F (121°C)

  2. Make the loaf Combine all ingredients for the loaf; ham, pork, crumbs and milk until well mixed. Shape into a loaf and place in pan.

  3. Make the topping Mix all topping ingredients together; brown sugar, tomato soup, vinegar and mustard until well mixed.

  4. Pour topping over the loaf.

  5. Bake Bake for 1 1/2 hours
