Might as well make it a bit boozy! The Grand Marnier nicely accentuates the orange juice.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 1/4 cups of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of Grand Marnier
  • 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.

  2. Place cranberries in 8x8x2-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle sugar, then orange juice concentrate over.

  3. Cover tightly with foil. Bake until juices form and cranberries are very soft, about 1 hour.

  4. Uncover; mix in liqueur. Cover and refrigerate until very cold, about 4 hours. Keep chilled.

Notes

This can be made up to 3 days ahead - keep refrigerated.
