Bosanski Lonac – Bosnian Pot

Got this recipe from Lorac on the Eastern European thread. It’s GREAT! Easy to make and relatively inexpensive since it is mostly vegetables. My husband, who is Serbian, loved it! Sorry some of the ingredients are in metric, but I just guessed on some of them as noted in the directions. I’m just guessing on the servings since it made quite a large pot of stew. Enjoy!

Moule Frites (Mussels With Chips)

This is served everywhere you go in France & Belgium, particularly on the coast. However I most recently ate this at ‘La Grande Braderie’ in Lille where it is the specialty dish, it was fantastic! For the chips I have used my own recipe for chips as I a) prefer them and b) they are much healthier! Traditionally the ‘frites’ would be deep fried. I hope you enjoy the recipe!

ClubFoody’s French Fries

Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these are better than the ones from the fast food restaurants… VIDEO https://youtu.be/Fxy259tkpFI
