This NEVER goes wrong, is quick, easy and healthy. On the table in 15 minutes. Even my conservative and fussy 16 yr old brother in law loves it. Flavour is amazing! (am drooling just writing the recipe!) Just wanted to mention that the chilli powder used is Australian chilli powder (ie hot stuff) not the milder variety used in making US/Mexican chilies!!
Very easy to make, but prepare everything before cooking as it takes about 10 – 15 minutes once the water starts boiling. Can adjust water content and meat quantities as desired.

Tired of wrapping vegetables up in rice paper? This salad has all the taste — and beauty of spring rolls with much less effort.
I found this on the Tastespotting website. This recipe is under a Cambodian tag. The site recommends fish sauce (such as nam pla or nuoc nam). You can make a dipping sauce above as well and allow each diner to squeeze juice from lime into bowl with coarse salt and white pepper and stir until mixed, then dip ribs into sauce. Prep time does not include MARINATING time. Cooking time varies due to barbequing.
