Ingredients

  • 5 Potatoes
  • 1 bag of peas, frozen
  • 1 lb of beef, ground
  • 4-5 carrot(s)
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 box of broth, beef
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • butter, desired amount

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes Boil potatoes and mash. Add butter and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Preheat Preheat oven to 375F

  3. Cook Cook beef and onions until translucent, then remove from pan and season. Cook carrots in same pan and season. Before carrots are finished, return beef and onions to pan. Next, add peas. While everything is cooking, put beef stock in the pan and reduce until thick and gravy-like.

  4. Top with mash Spoon mash on top and make dents with fork or spatula to create peaks.

  5. Bake Toss in oven at 375F and let potatoes get golden brown on top, about 20-30 minuts. Can add cheese if you like.
