Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pints (13 cups) of water, boiling
  • 2 packages of gelatin, strawberry
  • 1/2 6 oz can of orange juice
  • 1/2 package of marshmallows
  • 2 cups of granulated sugar
  • 2 apple(s), large
  • 1 package of fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 nuts
  • 1 3 oz package of cream cheese
  • 1/4 package of marshmallows, crumbled
  • 1 pint of whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water.

  2. Stir in orange juice, marshmallows and sugar, mix well.

  3. Grind apples and cranberries - add to gelatin mixture and chill.

  4. Topping Soak cream cheese and marshmallows in whipping cream overnight.

  5. Whip until well mixed and fluffy.
