Ingredients

  • 1 package of Jello mix, large + 1 small strawberry banana
  • 1 large can of pineapple, crushed
  • 2 4 ounces of strawberries, (can be frozen)
  • banana(s), 3-4 mashed (can be older)
  • 1 1/2 cup of water, hot
  • Sour Cream, for layering

Instructions

  1. Whisk Combine hot water and jello mixture into a bowl. Stir until entirely dissolved (about 3-5 minutes).

  2. Add fruit Add fruit to jello mixture.

  3. Set Pour half of the mix into a glass dish (preferably clear) and allow to set in the fridge for half an hour. Allow the other half of the mix to sit out during that time.

  4. Assemble Once the jello has firmed up, add enough sour cream to cover the pan … we end up having about half an inch. Then add the remainder of the jello mix right on top of the sour cream.

  5. Chill Store in the fridge to set up until serving (cover if it will be overnight).
