Ingredients

Turkey Dry Rub

  • 1 pound plus 10 oz of salt
  • 1 Tablespoon of onion salt
  • 2 Tablespoons of celery salt
  • 1 Tablespoon of garlic salt
  • 1 Tablespoon of paprika
  • 4 Tablespoon of pepper, black
  • 4 Tablespoons of pepper, white
  • 2 Tablespoons of dill weed, dried
  • 3 Tablespoons of MSG
  • 4 Tablespoons of granulated sugar

Pork Rib Dry Rub

  • 2 Tablespoons of pepper, black
  • 2 Tablespoons of paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons of onion powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of salt, coarse
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons of sage, ground
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of nutmeg, ground
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk
    Spices in a mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Set
    Let stand several days and store an air-tight container.

Notes

The turkey dry rub is also good on chicken.
