Turkey Dry Rub
- 1 pound plus 10 oz of salt
- 1 Tablespoon of onion salt
- 2 Tablespoons of celery salt
- 1 Tablespoon of garlic salt
- 1 Tablespoon of paprika
- 4 Tablespoon of pepper, black
- 4 Tablespoons of pepper, white
- 2 Tablespoons of dill weed, dried
- 3 Tablespoons of MSG
- 4 Tablespoons of granulated sugar
Pork Rib Dry Rub
- 2 Tablespoons of pepper, black
- 2 Tablespoons of paprika
- 2 Tablespoons of onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 Tablespoon of salt, coarse
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons of sage, ground
- 1/2 Teaspoon of nutmeg, ground
- 1/4 Teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Instructions

WhiskSpices in a mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed.

SetLet stand several days and store an air-tight container.
Notes
The turkey dry rub is also good on chicken.
