Ingredients

  • 1 package of chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup of evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 cup of roasted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a sauce pan, mix together pudding mix, evaporated milk, butter and sugar over medium heat - stirring constantly until it comes to a boil.

  2. Remove from heat and quickly stir in peanuts and vanilla.

  3. Beat until candy thickens and begins to lose it's gloss.

  4. Scoop with a spoon and drop onto wax paper forming clusters.

  5. Set until firm.
