Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Instructions
Place butter in a microwave-safe mug and microwave until melted.
Stir in white sugar and brown sugar until combined.
Mix in egg yolk and vanilla extract.
Stir in flour and salt until a soft dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Microwave for about 1 minute, or until the cookie is set but still soft.
Let cool briefly before eating.
