Ingredients
- 1 cup of kale
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1 cup of Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 egg(s)
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter

Instructions
Preheat Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
Mix In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
Combine Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Gently fold in the chopped kale, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake Spoon the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and serve Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
