Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Toss cauliflower florets with light olive oil in a mixing bowl.
Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast until tender and lightly browned, about 35 to 45 minutes.
Toss roasted cauliflower with buffalo wing sauce and serve warm.
