Recipe published for a celebrity cookbook to support the homeless charity, The Passage. Princess Kate says William made this recipe frequently to impress her when they were away at University. I got this recipe from a recipe exchange and I haven’t tried it yet. Although it seems like a lot of whiskey, I will make it next time my brothers-in-law come to dinner. I’m sure they’ll appreciate it!
This recipe was featured on week 36 of my food blog, “Travel by Stove.” I am attempting to cook one meal from every nation on Earth, and British Indian Ocean Territory/Chagos is my 36th stop. Unless otherwise noted, my Travel by Stove recipes are taken from authentic or traditional sources, and this recipe has been posted without any alternations or additions to the ingredients.
