From Taste of Home’s “Cooking for 2”, a good, quick & easy recipe with lots of possibilities. I used deli ham and a mix of cheddar, monteray jack and mozzarella cheeses. Recipe says it yields 2 servings but I managed to eat most of it myself! Enjoy!
Makes the usually bland ground turkey breast very tasty. I think I got this from a Taste of Home publication — it originally called for regular ground turkey, but I use ground turkey breast to make it lower in calories and fat.

This is a great appetizer, or pupu as they call them in Hawaii. Serve a platter of this with toothpicks. Decrease the amount of red pepper if you want it less spicy. This comes from Pupus, an Island Tradition by Sachi Fukuda. This makes about 4-6 appetizer servings
A super simple way to make a chicken burger that zings with flavor! Sometimes it’s referred to as “hawaiian-style.” This has been my husband’s favorite for a long time, especially at Red Robin. That got too expensive after a while so I thought I’d try making it at home instead. He loves it! These burgers have been a big hit whenever we have friends over for a barbeque.
