This recipe introduced me to the fantastic flavour of coconut milk and curry paste, its insane how good it is, don’t even think of skimping on any of the ingredients, you need them all. Fish sauce is super cheap and you can find it in the asian food isle in your supermarket. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.
This dish goes together very quickly. You will have dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes. If you don’t have cooked rice, start it before you make the curry and they should be finished at the same time.
I haven’t made this yet but it sounds amazing. It’s a Thai curry. I’m storing here on Zaar so I’ll know where to find it!
This is a dish I cooked up one night when I was craving lentils. It’s quite good when eaten in conjunction with another recipe I’ve posted here, Rice with a Chilean flair. Indian and South American food combined!
