If your rotisserie is not large enough to hold four hens just prepare three! Plan ahead the hens need to marinade for a minimum of 5 hours.
I love this marinade but don’t always want it on hens so I have substituted 4 bone-in chicken breast halves for the hens. I marinate at least 2 hours, baked at 400º for 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. I poured marinade over the chicken before baking and basted every once in awhile as it was baking.
