Spaghetti With Herb Sauce

Posted for Zaar World Tour 2005. Made this last night for dinner and was extremely pleased with the results. Very low fat, but I doubt anyone will notice. Herbs and sweet vegetables were wonderful. I used thyme instead of tarragon as I didn’t have any tarragon on hand. Very easy to make. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan, if desired. From a website featuring Australian recipes. It called for 20 cloves of garlic, but I figured that was a typo.

Eggplant (Aubergine) Dip

This is a spicy dip that could be served with Flat Bread, Nan bread or Turkish Bread. The recipe was found in a book called ‘Creative food – Finger Food’ by The Australian Woman’s Weekly.

Cream of Carrot and Honey Soup

I will be making this soup with the homemade vegetable stock we will be making in Chef Kate and Chia’s future stock making class. The recipe originated from a australian recipe website and will also be included in the Zaar World Tour 2005 swap.

Strawberry and Grape Salad

A simple refreshing salad, best made just before serving, and when the ingredients are so few it is obviously essential that those ingredients be first class. If you are unable to find a commercial brand of passionfruit and strawberry dressing, Recipe #97938 sounds delicious.

Thick and Chocolatey Hot Chocolate

I am always on the look out for my idea of the perfect hot chocolate, and can never find it. So, I took it upon myself to come up with this.
