Anelia’s Kyufteta or Bulgarian Roasted Meatballs

Once again one of my boyfriend’s favourites. He never gets tired of these meatballs or of my cutlets and he often requests both at the same time. Grilling is also a nice option although you might want to put more beef or more bread so that the mixture gets thicker.

Mock Beef Rissoles

This World War II recipe was first published by Marmite and is a tasty Vegetarian alternative to regular Rissoles. I’ve rewritten the directions to be a little more precise and suit modern methods to a greater extent. Marmite is a British ‘spread’ and you can obtain it at an international grocery store in the United States. As a WWII ad for Marmite says “stock your larder with a few jars of Marmite now!”. Enjoy 🙂 Please Note: Preparation time includes Rice Cooking time!

Meatballs / Rissoles. Family Recipe

Meat rissoles (meatballs) with rice, cheese & ginger. Rissoles are a family favorite that is simple to make. I’ve used the combination of pork and beef and they are equally good. Freshly grate your cheese with ginger powder. There is not a frying! Serve rissoles with rice, pasta or nothing. 🙂 Video of my recipe is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kli3PxPIv2E And I am sorry for my English, please!
