Creamy Chickpea Curry
This dish goes together very quickly. You will have dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes. If you don’t have cooked rice, start it before you make the curry and they should be finished at the same time.

This is a favorite family recipe we received from a good friend. One batch is never enough! The recipe is so versatile that you can add tofu, mushrooms, or any other vegetables to your liking!
I got this recipe for my mom and made it for my husband when we were just dating. He was convinced that I was the best cook ever! The recipe called for thighs, but I prefer boneless breasts. I usually serve this over a bed of rice with a steamed veggie medley or asparagus on the side.
I haven’t made this yet but it sounds amazing. It’s a Thai curry. I’m storing here on Zaar so I’ll know where to find it!
This is a dish I cooked up one night when I was craving lentils. It’s quite good when eaten in conjunction with another recipe I’ve posted here, Rice with a Chilean flair. Indian and South American food combined!
