  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons oil (vegetable or olive oil)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Lightly flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
    • Dust each piece with flour and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the Chicken:
    • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Cook the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
    • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Make the Sauce:
