Pumpkin Pie I
This is a classic Pumpkin Pie recipe spiced with cinnamon, ginger and cloves.

- 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
- 1 2/3 cups of milk
- 1 prepared pie crust
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C)

MixBeat together all ingredients in order given until well mixed.

Pour into prepared pie shell.

Reduce oven temperatureReduce oven temperature to 350°F (177°C) and bake for another 45 minutes or until inserted knife or toothpick comes out clean.
