- 6 cups of pear(s), ripe, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of lemon, juice
Crumble Topping
- 1 cup of rolled oats, old fashion
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter, cold and cut into small pieces

PreheatPreheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

CombineIn a large bowl, combine the sliced pears, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Toss until the pears are evenly coated. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.

Make crumble toppingIn another bowl, make the crumble topping by combining the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add the cold butter pieces and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to incorporate the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
