Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup of butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup of shortening
  • 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup of almonds, chopped
  • 1 2/3 cups of flour, all purpose
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat
    Preheat oven to 325F
  2. Cream
    Cream butter, shortening, and sugar.
  3. Add
    Add almonds, flour, and salt. Mix together.
  4. Roll
    Roll into crescent shape.
  5. Bake
    Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
  6. Roll
    Once cooled, roll in powdered sugar.
