Oua’s Makaronatha

- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2–3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4–5 ounces of tomato paste
- 2 liters of water
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil, plus extra
- 5 whole cloves
- 5 whole allspice
- 1 cinnamon stick, 3 inches, rinsed
- salt and pepper, to taste (3 tablespoons salt, 1.5 tablespoons pepper)
Instructions

SautéAdd 2 tablespoons of oil to medium heat pot. Sauté onions and garlic for 3-5 mins.

Add tomato paste, cooking for another 5 mins.

Add chickenAdd chicken breasts and water, gently stirring to loosen onions and garlic from bottom of pan.

Add spicesAdd spices and remaining olive oil

SimmerSimmer forever (or until sauce is cooked down by half).

ServeServe over pasta, sprinkle with feta.
