Nort’s Cinnamon Roll Cake
A luscious blend of moist vanilla-infused cake, swirled with cinnamon-brown sugar goodness, crowned with a sweet vanilla glaze.

Cake
- 3 cups of flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 4 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 2 egg(s)
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of butter
Topping
- 1 cup of butter
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Glaze
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 5 tablespoons of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions

PreheatPreheat oven to 350F. Spray 9×13 glass banking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

MixIn a stand mixer add flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, milk eggs, and vanilla. Once combined, stir in the melted butter. Pour into prepared pan.

Make toppingFor the topping, cream butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon until well combined. Drop evenly over the batter by tablespoonfuls and use a knife to swirl through the cake.

BakePlace the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. The edges should be golden brown.

GlazeFor the glaze, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla together with a whisk. Drizzle evenly over the warm cake. Serve warm or at room temperature.
