From The CFiander Family Collection: Momma Pat’s Christmas Melting Moments: Buttery bliss with a hint of magic.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat
    Preheat oven to 300F
  2. Cream
    Cream together all ingredients well.
  3. Spoon
    Drop spoonfuls of batter onto baking sheet.
  4. Bake
    Bake at 300F for 10 minutes on bottom rack and 10 minutes on top rack.

Notes

These cookies don’t brown
