Madge’s Lemon Fluff
This classic creamy, no-bake Lemon Fluff dessert recipe uses lemon Jello, whipped cream, a dash of lemon juice and vanilla wafers. A perfect summertime treat!

Ingredients

- 1 package of lemon Jello mix
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 1/2 cup of iced water
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 package of Dream Whip
- 1/2 package – about 2 cups of vanilla wafers, crushed into crumbs
Instructions

Prepare JelloCompletely dissolve gelatin in one cup boiling water. Stir in ice water and stir until it starts to thicken (about 3 minutes). Cool until it starts to set.

BeatBeat the Jello until fluffy and light yellow. Beat in sugar and lemon juice.

FoldIf using Dream Whip powder, prepare ahead. Fold in prepared whipped topping until well combined.

AssembleSpread a layer of wafer crumbs across the bottom of the serving dish – save some to scatter on top.

Spread the Jello and whip mixture over the top.

Chill.

ServingWhen ready to serve, spread more whipped topping over the top and sprinkle with remaining wafer crumbs.
