Jiffy Corn Pudding
This corn pudding is a quick, easy and delicious side! Using Jiffy cornbread mix, canned corn, sour cream, butter and an egg. Spice it up if you like with chopped jalapeños!

- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 box of Jiffy cornbread mix (8.5 oz box)
- 1 can of creamed corn (14.5 oz)
- 1 can of whole kernel corn (14.5 oz)
Instructions
- Melt butter in a casserole dish.
- Mix in egg and then all remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
