Tender lamb, rutabaga, carrots, potatoes and onions simmered to perfection. a very simple and satisfying recipe.

  • Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 lbs chunks of lamb meat
  • 1 chopped rutabaga
  • 4 peeled & chopped carrots
  • 6 peeled & chopped potatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Black pepper (ground)
  • Kosher Salt
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Add meat to pot, covering with water.
  2. After boiling water, lower heat and simmer until meat is tender for approximately 1 hour 
  3. Add the remainder of the ingredients. 
  4. Simmer for an extra 20 minutes.
