Pineapple, jelly, horseradish, mustard, maple syrup, cinnamon and allspice for a sweet and spicy ham!

Ingredients

  1. 6lb fully cooked, smoked semi boneless ham
  2. 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (with 1/2 amount of its juice)
  3. 1/2 cup apple jelly or 1/2 cup cranberry jelly
  4. 4 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  5. 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  6. 1/4 cup maple syrup
  7. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  8. 1/4 teaspoon allspice

Instructions

  1. Score ham and bake in a 325* oven for 1 1/2 hours.
  2. In a medium sauce pan over low heat add remaining ingredients, stir and melt.
  3. Brush this on ham frequently
  4. Reserve some of the glaze for pouring over sliced ham at the table.
