Honey Drops
This classic recipe for honey drops makes a nougat candy using sugar, honey, egg white and almond extract.

Ingredients

- 1 cup of water
- 2 cups of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon of almond extract
Instructions

BeatBeat the egg whites until stiff peaks start to form.

BoilGently boil the remaining ingredients until it will spin a hair. About 250-265℉(121-130℃)

CombinePour over the egg whites and beat until combined.

DropDrop by the spoon full onto parchment paper (lightly oil two spoons for the best result).
