- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs, large
- 2/3 cup of Sour Cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
For the Cream Cheese Frosting
- 9 oz of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter, unsalted
- 4 cups of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Preheat the OvenPreheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line cupcake tins.

Prepare the Guinness MixtureIn a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the Guinness stout and cocoa powder, and whisk until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Combine Dry IngredientsIn a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.

Mix Wet IngredientsIn a separate bowl, beat the eggs, and then add the sour cream and vanilla extract. Mix well.
