- 2 cups of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of corn starch, + 4 tablespoons
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 8 cups of milk
- 10 egg yolks
- 6 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

WhiskMix dry ingredients.

Whisk wet ingredientsWhisk together milk with eggs and add to dry mixture

HeatHeat to boil. Cook one minute stirring constantly.

Add butter and vanillaRemove from heat and add butter and vanilla.

PourPour in pre-cooked crust

ChillChill in refrigerator until thoroughly chilled and set.
