Goulash For A Dozen
Whip up a hearty Goulash for a dozen with lean ground beef, veggies, and flavorful spices. A family-favorite recipe that’s easy to make and oh-so-satisfying!

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 cup of onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, any color, diced
- 2 pounds of beef, ground
- 3 teaspoons of garlic, minced
- 2 15 oz cans of tomato sauce, (or equivalent tomato paste)
- 2 15 oz cans of tomato(s), petite, diced
- 3 cups of broth, beef
- 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons of salt, (I use Nature’s Seasonings)
- 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons of paprika
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 cups of macaroni noodles, uncooked

Add olive oil to large pot over medium-high heat. Add in the onion, bell pepper and tomato paste (if using)*. Cook for 5 mins. Add ground beef and cook until browned, drain any excess fat and return pot to stove top. Add in garlic and stir.

Pour in the tomato sauce (if using)* diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, bay leaves and dried macaroni noodles. Stir and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to a light boil and stir occasionally until the pasta is tender, per package instructions, but probably no more than 20 minutes.
