  • 6 chicken, breasts – boneless, skinless
  • 1 pound of Potato(s), small, red, cut in halves
  • 1/3 cup of mayonnaise, or salad dressing
  • 3 tablespoons of mustard, Dijon
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat
    Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray cooking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Place chicken and potatoes in the pan.
  3. Mix
    In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, garlic and pepper
  4. Brush over chicken and potatoes.
  5. Roast
    Roast uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and chicken is clear when cutting the thickest part.
