Fruit Candy
These fruit candies are a healthier snack to satisfy your sweet tooth with mixed fruits, nuts, a bit of sugar and orange juice rolled into balls and covered in coconut.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups of raisins
- 1 1/2 cups of pitted dates
- 1 1/2 cups of prunes
- 3/4 cup of apricots
- 1 cup of chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup of orange juice
- 1 3/4 cups of shredded coconut
Instructions

Grind all fruits together.

Mix in with sugar and orange juice.

Roll into balls then roll into coconut to coat.
