Emma’s Bundt Cake: A classic delight! Moist vanilla cake baked to perfection, dusted with powdered sugar for an elegant finish.

  • Total Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/3 cups of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup of margarine
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • powdered sugar – for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat
    Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C)
  2. Mix
    Whisk together dry ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients.
  4. Combine both wet and dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Bake
    Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes
  7. Dust
    Dust with powdered sugar.
